Cruach-Mhona, gaelic for 'peat stack', a pile of drying peat bricks cut for fuel, is a departure from Bunnahabhain's usual style, adding in some peat to their normally unpeated spirit. Nose: Bright and lively, with sweet aromas of peat, hay, herbs and dry smoke. Taste: The palate is quite light, malty, sweet with a slight development of white pepper. Smoky, rich peat, seaweed and sea salt. Finish: Dry, smoky, spicy. 50% AlC/VOL
