Grown in Carrick's Bannockburn vineyard the wine was matured for 11 months in new (30%) and seasoned French oak Barriques. The bouquet offers layers of cherry, mocha and nutmeg aromas supported by understated oak. The succulent palate is packed with rich fruit flavours and spice nuances enhanced by a silky mouthfeel and fine lingering finish.
