Clearview Late Harvest Chardonnay 375ml

Clearview LateHarv Chard 375ml: A sweet and sumptuous dessert wine with apricot and mandarin aromas. Finished by complex nutty flavours, derived from extended barrel maturation. This wine is made in vintages where our grapes do not contract sufficient Noble Rot to produce our botrytised Chardonnay. In waiting for the brix levels to rise, 40% of the crop was lost due to shrivel and bird peck, hence only two barriques was produced. WINEMAKING NOTES: The Chardonnay was late harvested by hand and whole bunch pressed. The clear juice was fermented in seasoned French oak barriques and stopped early to leave natural residual sugar. The wine was then matured in the same seasoned barriques for 18 months

The 2015 is another classically elegant Bordeaux blend of 56% cabernet sauvignon, 36% merlot and 10% cabernet franc. Given the immense hype surrounding the 2013 and 2014 releases this year is likely to slip under the radar, but it has a real energy and poise that stands apart. Beautiful florals of lavender, violets, rose and cassis, with a concentrated textural palate of blackcurrant, black cherries, wild strawberry and subtle cedar wood. Te Mata has really gone from strength to strength in recent years, with the 2015 being another iconic wine with huge cellaring potential. We?d suggest putting these away in your cellar for at least five years before succumbing to temptation.

Absolut Vodka Mini 50ml

ABSOLUT VODKA was first launched in New York in 1979. It soon became talk of the town, the US and eventually of the world. But the recipe behind the pure and natural taste of ABSOLUT is actually older than 30 years. So is the 18th century medicine flask found in an antique store in Stockholm that gave inspiration to the iconic ABSOLUT VODKA bottle. ABSOLUT VODKA is made exclusively from natural ingredients, and unlike other vodkas, it doesn’t contain any added sugar. In fact ABSOLUT is as pure as vodka can be. Still, that purity has a certain taste: Rich, full-bodied and complex, yet smooth and mellow with a distinct character of grain, followed by a hint of dried fruit. Grey Goose Vodka Mini 50ml

In 1998, the Beverage Tasting Institute of Chicago conducted a blind taste test of more than 40 vodkas. They awarded points based on smoothness, nose and most importantly, taste. Of all the vodkas sampled, Grey Goose emerged victorious receiving 96 points out of a possible hundred and was awarded the only Platinum medal. If sales comparisons reveal anything, Grey Goose is set to become the worlds leading super premium Vodka, outselling traditional products from Poland, Sweden and Russia. Polish Premium brand 'Belvedere' sold 375,000 cases in 2002 and has grown an average of 35% over the past five years. However, upstart Grey Goose has exploded past the competition from a paltry 50,000 cases in 1997 to 1.15 million 9-litre cases last year. Such results were not anticipated from this humble grain vodka made in the Cognac region of France! Tasting Notes: "Medium-bodied. Anise, citrus peel, herbs, minerals. Soft, rounded texture. Plush palate with a delicate edge. Shows off rich fruit elements surrounded by beautiful aromatics. Lovely fragrance holds forth as backnotes of lighter spice and stone are discerned. A sensational, elegant drink, that will do well with a twist and a good chill." ABV: 40%

Bombay Sapphire London Dry Gin 1000ml

London Dry gin, distilled from 100% neutral grain spirit. The incomparable taste of Bombay Sapphire is the result of ten carefully selected botanical ingredients coupled with a unique distillation process. Unlike some other gins, which 'boil' their botanicals together with the spirit, Bombay Sapphire distils its spirit alone. The spirit vapour from this distillation then gently passes through a copper basket containing the botanicals. This infuses the subtle aromatic flavours from each of the ten botanicals into the spirit vapour resulting in a crisp, delicately balanced taste
