Colour: Dark ruby. Nose: Orange chocolate, soft marzipan & hint of crushed walnuts. Taste: Maraschino cherries, citrus fruits and soft liquorice. Cask Finish: Fully matured in ex-Bourbon casks then finished in vintage 1963 oloroso sherry casks – the same year in which the distillery on Jura re-established itself at the heart of the island.
