Crafted using ScotlandÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s most treasured malt and grain whiskies, all of which have been matured for over twelve years, The Antiquary 12 Year Old is light and delicate with a smooth, lingering finish. AROMA - Peaty, earthy and solid, while in direct contrast displaying delicate fresh lemony lime characters. Nicely rounded and malty. PALATE - Mellow yet feisty, predominately malty, citrus flavours come through well with a gentle peaty touch. FINISH - Soft with a spicy tingle.
Bowmore, the 18 year old was launched in January of 2007 to replace the 17 year old. A perfumed, fruity offering from the Islay distillery. Tasting Notes: Nose: Pungent, citrus. Stewing fruit, hints of damp wood and a very soft smoke. Palate: Spirity at first, then give ways to perfume, fruit, plum jam. A good sweetness, peat smoke, grapey. Finish: Seville marmalade, blossom, dark peat.
This is the latest of three limited editions to be offered by the Distillery. Aged for 36 years in European oak and deeming only 2980 bottles. A subtle big whisky with an astonishing rich velvet texture that wears its age lightly yet has developed a wonderful complexity.The young seeming sweet and succulent nose leads via the smooth, comforting palate, to a drying conclusion of marked aromatic complexity, masterminded by long years of maturation.
Lightly peated single malt matured in a compelling combination of Virgin Oak, Bourbon and Sherry casks. Released for the first time in October 2013. NOSE:You are initially hit with coconuts and cream with some botanic notes, parsley and coriander. The smoke emerges after a minute, but only drifting past the nose. A mesmeric mix of lime, grapefruit and tangerines with rich almond and aniseed. MOUTH: Initially feather light, followed by a honeyed smoke; toasted almonds. The rich spice of cloves, cinnamon and star anise create an enigmatic elegance. Imagine a cafÃƒÂ© latte with fresh chocolate shavings. FINISH: Light with a hint of sweet smoke.

Produced in small, individually numbered batches, Glenfiddich 18 Year Old combines a touch of fruity sweetness from the Spanish Oloroso wood and an oakiness from the traditional American casks. After being married in wooden tuns for at least three months, its rich, mellow flavours come together, creating an exceptionally smooth and remarkably deep single malt Scotch whisky with notes of baked apple, spice and robust oak. Each batch is unique and is of an extraordinary quality.

After 14 years maturing in fine American oak casks, their Malt Master carefully selects virgin Spanish and American oak casks to release extra layers of aroma and flavour into the whisky. With precision timing and handling he allows just the right amount of sweet vanilla, soft toffee, spice and gentle nutty notes to come through. The first virgin American and European oak finished whisky in the world.
