Brut Dargent Chardonnay Blanc De Blancs Methode Traditionnelle 750ml

A light yellow Blanc de Blancs with slightly green reflections. The scent is fine, very clear, and shows hints of juicy pears, fresh apples, some lemon zest, ripe hazelnuts, a hint of elderflower and subtle nutmeg in the background. On the palate there is a good mousse and flavor nuances of yellow fruit, slightly exotic fruit notes and some candied lemon peel. Fresh hazelnut and fine mineral notes characterize this Blanc de Blancs Brut with its creamy texture in the aftertaste.
