Traditional winemaking techniques have produced this wine that displays Aromas of blackberry, plum and cherry fruit with violet influences. Sweet red fruits with plum and guava dominate the palate with lingering cherry flavours and a hint of chocolate. This wine is well rounded with sweet tannins and a long finish. Ageing potential 3 to 5 years. A good accompaniment to venison or lamb.
