Blackberry aromas are backed by spice and toasty oak, the fruit-driven palate showing distinctive, spice-spiked plum flavours complemented by a suave mouthfeel, supple tannins and a lingering aftertaste.
Made by Jean-Claude Mas, aka 'The Humble Winemaker'. An elegant, medium-weighted wine, this has softly expressed blackcurrant, plum and herb flavours showing some sweetness and lift. Moderate tannin extraction provides grip and structure, with good acidity lends freshness and some length. Match with pasta, grilled and roasted red meats
Tasting Notes: These grapes were selected by its characteristics, as Touriga Nacional gave to the wine a ripe floral character and Tinta Roriz and Alfrocheiro for their fruit and spice. In taste is medium-bodied and very smooth and pleasant finish.

Cabernet Sauvignon, a variety included in this IGT, is among the most widespread and famous vines of the world and is particularly suited for the production of red wines with outstanding quality and longevity.
