Lemon Z Limoncello Liqueur 500ml

Lemon Z Limoncello is a New Zealand spirit made not just using "a twist" of lemon, but in fact the peel of three lemons in each 750ml bottle. At 28% alcohol content, Lemon Z only freezes at -18 degrees Centigrade (0 degrees fahrenheit) so keep your freezer just off its coldest setting. Keeping Lemon Z in your freezer means it's always ready to serve - the colder the better, keeping this refreshing drink at its freshest as well. Used in bars and restaurants internationally, Lemon Z is used to create many wonderful limoncello cocktail recipes. Mellow Yellow: 45mls citron vodka 15mls Lemon Z limoncello 3 slices of ginger 7-9 coriander leaves with a bit of stalk still attached Dashes of pineapple and apple juices Add the first three ingredients to a shaker tin, muddle well, add coriander and muddle some more. Fill shaker with ice, add juices and shake vigorously until a froth has formed. Strain through a tea-strainer into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a single coriander leaf. Orange & LemonZ 60mls Lemon Z limoncello Fresh mint Orange peel Muddle a small handful of mint with Lemon Z in a shaker tin. Fill shaker with ice and shake gently. Pack a tall, chilled glass with crushed ice so that it forms a cone shape above the lip of the glass. Pour the contents of the shaker gently over the top of the cone, trying to catch as much of the mint from the shaker as possible (you want some of it, for visual effect). Twist the orange peel over the top of the drink so that the coils cover the cone of ice (this is for smell rather than taste). Garnish with some tips of mint and a wedge of lemon. Serve with a straw.
